• Teacher’s Assistant- Toddler

  Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm

  We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Montessori Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 15–36 months. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom activities, promoting independence with daily living skill development, maintaining the classroom environment, observing and guiding children, and modeling grace and courtesy.

  Qualifications:

  ·         Experience working with toddlers preferred

  ·         Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus

  ·         Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
