We’re excited to announce an opening for a Primary Director for the 2026–27 school year at Country Meadows Montessori School in Gurnee, IL.
If you’re a Montessori‑credentialed educator who leads with warmth, collaboration, and a deep respect for the child, we’d love to connect. Our Primary program is the heart of our school, and we’re seeking someone who can guide our young learners, partner with families, and nurture a beautiful, developmentally aligned environment.
What we’re looking for:
Montessori Primary credential (AMS/AMI/MACTE)
Experience guiding or leading in a Primary environment
A calm, organized, community‑minded leader
Someone who values partnership with teachers and families
